NEWS FROM HOLISTICBEAUTY.NET
Please note that their may be some delays in shipping orders due to employee time off during the year. We will post those dates here ahead of time. Natural Solutions strives to ship all orders in a timely manner. The following week(s) could have some delays:
- We will be closed Monday, September 6, 2010 due to Labor Day. All orders from late friday until Monday the 6th, will be shipping on Tuesday the 7th.
- The week of September 6th, packages will be shipped on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday due to Labor Day.
- Friday, September 24th till October 2nd, we will be having a temp help us with packing orders. Our main packer is on vacation. Please understand that we will work hard to get your orders out within our normal schedule. Please be aware that our temp may be a little slower due to their not having as much experience though.
In 2001, we hired a wonderful employee, Suzanne L., or Suzie Cue as some of us called her. She worked in the packing department and has been responsible for most orders packed. Suzanne has retired from Natural Solutions to pursue personal endeavors at this time. She worked here for nearly 9 years and she will be greatly missed! We promoted Angela W from our customer service department to this department. Many of you are familiar with Angela since she had been in customer service since 2005. Angela is excited about her new job. We hope you will be happy with how she packs your orders. Since we had a vacancy in the customer service department, we have hired Brandy D, a newly licensed cosmetologist to take her place. Brandy brings a wealth of knowledge about product application. She is still being trained on our product ranges and how different they are from the main stream. We hope that you will find her to be a kind and patience customer service rep.
