Welcome to our healthy and innovative water-based nail polish. It is the only long-lasting and quick-drying water-based nail polish product on the market.

Their water-based nail polish has been recognized and honored for the second consecutive year at the Canadian Health Food Association Expo, winning the Silver medals of Alive Awards of Excellence in 2004 and 2005.

INSTRUCTIONS: Apply 2 to 3 thin coats to clean, grease-free nails. Let dry completely. Apply Suncoat Clear Top Coat for long lasting effect. Do not expose nails to very hot water during 12 hrs. after application. Remove polish weekly with Suncoat Natural Polish Remover. Do not allow to freeze. 

COLORS AND DESCRIPTIONS:

PEACH LOVER NAIL POLISH   A light glossy, pearly pink color

HOT SCARLET NAIL POLISH    This applies as a glossy, true-red with a good shimmer. A sumptuous color even as 1 coat, which is flattering on short or long nails, and all skin tones.

POPPY RED NAIL POLISH   This is a creamy coral-red color that glides on glossy. 2 thin coats required for best effect. It is very flattering for any skin tone and shows off manicured nails beautifully, whether short or long. Clear Top Coat recommended for a glossy finish.

APPLE GREEN NAIL POLISH   A light pearl apple green. Needs at least 2 coats. A nice color for Spring fashion.   VEGAN

PEACOCK NAIL POLISH   A daring inky metallic true-blue in 2 or 3 coats. A color that stands out in a crowd.   VEGAN

DESERT SUNSET NAIL POLISH   A shinny dusty pink with blue under tone.   VEGAN

APRICOT NAIL POLISH   A pale shimmery apricot pink. Application is best with 2 or 3 coats. A soft color for any length of nail.

CHIC BLACK NAIL POLISH Very flattering for short nails. Hot and wild glossy finish – the latest fashion statement!   VEGAN

Why is Water-based so much better?

Environmentally Friendly:

Conventional nail polish contains large amounts (typically around 70%) of chemical solvents such as toluene, acetates and alcohol. When nail polish is applied to nails, these solvents evaporate into the air, generating toxic chemical fumes; the well known and VERY offensive "chemical smell". This is why many people find it hard to breathe when using conventional nail polish: you are surrounding yourself with heavily polluted air, inhaling toluene, acetates etc.; chemical solvents.

In Suncoat water-based nail polish, all the chemical solvents are replaced by water. The major ingredient is water, not chemical solvents! So when Suncoat water-based nail polish is being applied, it is only water that evaporates to the air, not toxic chemical fumes.

Safer to Nails:

The chemical solvents in conventional nail polish, after repeated use, can discolor nails and make them brittle and weak. This is not an issue with water-based nail polish.

Not A Safety Hazard:

Since conventional nail polishes contain around 70% chemical solvents, they are highly flammable and explosive. They are often classified as dangerous goods. They are safety hazards for retail stores, salons and residential homes.

They should be kept away from heat, open flames such as burning candles, etc.

Water-based nail polish, on the other hand, is not considered dangerous goods, and is much safer to both store and use.

Other Benefits of Suncoat Water-based Nail Polish:

No Phthalate of Any Kind

Many conventional nail polishes contain a deadly chemical, namely, phthalate. Phthalate, such as dibutyl phthalate (DBP), has been proven by research studies to interfere with normal hormone balance, can cause severe birth defects and other health problems. Phthalate is a very effective and popular plasticizer that gives nail polish flexibility, and helps prevent polish from cracking. Phthalate is also a very low volatile chemical (meaning will not evaporate quickly). So after the polish is applied to nails, phthalate will stay on the nails with the polish, and can penetrate into our system, causing health problems.

Suncoat water-based nail polish is phthalate-free.

Formaldehyde-free:

Many regular nail polishes have formaldehyde-releasing ingredients, used in preserving the formulation. Formaldehyde has been reported as a carcinogenic chemical.

How to Remove water-based Nail Polish:

Remove the polish weekly for easiest removal. Water-based nail polish can become hard-to-remove if left on the nail for extended time.

Remove WITH natural nail polish remover:

Suncoat natural nail polish remover is highly recommended. Dab the remover onto nails using a Q-tip / or a cotton ball. Allow at least 2 minutes for the remover to soften the polish. Then rub the nails using a Q-tip / or a cotton ball until the polish is fully removed. Rinse hands with water to remove residue.

Repeat when necessary.

Remove WITHOUT natural nail polish remover ( not recommended for weak and damaged nails) :

Soak nails in hot water for at least 2 minutes, gently scrap off the polish using a fingernail.

10	Cotton candy		This is a soft pink pearly color that looks great in 2 or 3 coats. Very flattering and a must-have for all pink lovers!
11	Sienna	vegan	This is a warm burnt-red or red-bronze. A warm color that accentuates a tan beautifully.
12	French pink		This is a translucent creamy color, which gives a healthy pink-tinge but appears nude. Very flattering in 2 or 3 coats. A must-have.
13	Copper	vegan	A warm metallic copper color with orange tone. It complements a tan beautifully.
14	Silver	vegan	This is a light, pearly blue-silvery color. A real fashion statement!
15	Purple Haze	vegan	This is an iridescent pearly dark lavender color. 2 or 3 coats are needed to bring out the color. It makes for a luxurious fashion statement.
16	Plum		This is a pearly dark terracotta color. It is a warm color which is very flattering for all skin tones.
17	Midnight purple		This is a luxurious creamy purple with a hint of pearl. A lovely alternative to red or pink as a daily color.
19	Gold	vegan	A creamy yellow gold shimmer. A sunny alternative to white.
20	Dusty Terracotta	vegan	An iridescent coffee color, with a bronze/red pearl.
23	Clear top coat	vegan	A transparent gloss. It can act as a thick protection on bare unpolished nails. Can be used as a base coat. Appears milky in the bottle but dried crystal clear.

26	Sparkling sand		Appears powder pink in bottle, really a nude with a sandy gold shimmer. A beautiful alternative to nude, very chic. Very flattering on any length of nail in 1 or more coats. May appear translucent but dries clear.
27	Almond nude	vegan	A nude with light beige undertone - a lightly frosted with a bronze pearl shimmer. This goes on as a clear fleshy color that gives a healthy glow to nails. In 1 or more coats, it’s a nude with a 'healthy' twist
29	Tangerine	vegan	A creamy coral red, burnt orange glossy. Glossy with no shimmer. Very flattering on all skin tones and all lengths of nails.
