RETURNS POLICY
 
What IS YOUR POLICY FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN
All returns must be preapproved. If product is unopened and in re-saleable condition*, r
efunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please note that we do not accept returns/exchanges AFTER 45 days.
 
We apologize, but due to time constraints from delivery, we can not accept returns from international customers. Please sample items to guarantee your satisfaction.
 
All returns must be sent back with original packaging and instructions if included in the packaging.  If product shows sign of contamination, we will not accept it.
 
Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.

DO YOU TAKE RETURNS ON SAMPLES 
I'm sorry, but we cannot.  We consider them as used because it is impossible for us to know if they have been opened and even used a little.  We wouldn't want to chance that.  So please choose carefully, and we suggest that you start with a few things rather than to much.
 
RETURNS FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
A defect is defined as rancid, cracked/broke or a component is malfunctioning.  In these cases we will accept returns.  If your product is defective please call us ASAP for return instructions.  A return label is usually shipped with the replacement so the defective product can be returned.  In some cases the maker will want us to send it to them prior to credits/replacements.
 
RETURNS FOR ITEMS SHIPPED IN ERROR
Please notify us ASAP. We will follow the same procedure for returns on defective products.
 
RETURNS ON ITEMS NOT PROVIDING SAMPLES AS AN OPTION 
If you have an item that does not have a sample to try first, please call us ASAP and we can see if we can get authorization from the maker.   

*Items such as Vitamins and Health Aids have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.  These items will be under the same time restraint outlined above.  Used full size items may be returned if the manufacturer authorizes the return. Nvey Eco Organics will not accept returns on used full size items unless they detect a defect. So please be sure to shop for samples first to guarantee satisfaction.  Please call for authorization.  Items such as this are also under the same time restraint outlined above.
