How to use Disposables: Peel back the adhesive strip and fix the pad to close-fitting briefs.  The adhesive becomes firmer at body temperature.

Disposal: Wrap the pad and place in a waste bin.  In this way you are helping to reduce the amount of debris that is released into the sea. Natracare pads are 90% biodegradable and compostable under the correct conditions.
