The Maxim Product line includes 100% Organic Cotton Applicator & Non-Applicator Tampons, 100% Organic Cotton Pantiliners, 100% Organic Cotton Puff Products (Swabs, Rounds, Balls), and 100% Natural Cotton Sanitary Napkins & Pantiliners; and now Maternity Pads.

The basic shared standard amongst other Natural Feminine Hygiene brands is to be chlorine/dioxin free. Maxim clearly differentiates itself from Conventional Brands and has taken additional strides to make our products Unique, Natural and Safe in ways no other Natural Brands can claim.

Unique Feature #1: Cellulose Fluff Pulp Free.
Other Natural Brands: Use cellulose fluff pulp as the absorbent filler in pads. Cellulose fluff pulp is a tree byproduct. Its production leads to the abuse, over-felling and destruction of natural forests.  Maxim uses 100% natural cotton as our filler instead of cellulose fluff pulp because it is more waste efficient, easily cultivated and its production has less of an overall negative impact on the natural environment.

Unique Feature #2: 100% Cotton Cover Sheets
Other Natural Brands: We found trace amounts of synthetics in testing the sanitary pads products cover sheets of other brands claiming to be natural.  Maxim pads are hypoallergenic because in addition to being chemical free they have 100% cotton breathable interlace cover sheets.

Unique Feature #3: Leak Control Channels
Other Natural Brands: Basic designs providing no security against leaks.  Maxim Ultra Thin pads are designed with special leak control channels for added liquid leakage protection.
