It can be used everyday for light menstrual flow and tampon backup.  For light days absorbency level.  For use during menstrual period to protect underwear and maintain freshness.  Additional product features include a smooth cotton surface for added comfort, strong adhesive to prevent pads from shifting and natural breathable layers admitting air flow to the skin for added dryness.

HOW TO USE DISPOSABLES: Peel plastic wrap off the pad, center the pad and press down onto the panty and fold over wings under panty.

DISPOSAL: Remove pad from panty.  Roll or fold into plastic wrap of the new pad and properly dispose. Biodegradable.
