 HolisticBeauty.Net is owned by Natural Solutions - Holistic Beauty, Body & Bath Limited. Owner, Jennifer Reed, began her business in 2001, when she started retailing just one line of mineral cosmetic, till today, with over 10 different lines of wonderful paraben, petrochemical free brands! Natural Solutions employees 7 women to do customer service, packing, shipping and other office duties. The owner makes it a point to be available as much as possible, and believes that it is important to keep in touch with her customers in order to know how to service them better, as well as help give continued training to her staff.
The offices and beauty boutique of Natural Solutions are located at 465 E. State St, Salem, Ohio 44460, where local customers, or customers flying in or traveling in to see friends or family, can now come and see us personally. Natural Solutions began servicing customers with all natural makeup, skin, hair and body care alternatives when the interest just started to really take hold. While many individuals have taken our business model and started their own companies, Natural Solutions has remained a trusted source in this industry. They are a member of the local Chamber of Commerce and Better Business Bureau. Natural Solutions has also been featured on Elle.com and Cosmo Girl Magazine because of their outstanding selections. Natural Solutions was also honored in 2009 from the local Chamber of Commerce as "Entrepreneur of the Year."
Jennifer began retailing cosmetics and skincare in the mid 1990's. From her own experiences with intolerance to synthetics, she has been able to assist thousands of individuals to find the right natural alternative. The Natural Solutions customer service staff also have backgrounds in such things as color matching, color application, and skincare needs. We have a long history of retailing all natural hair colors such as henna and using them personally. We've made that knowledge available free of charge on our beauty tips pages.
