Texture/Scent: This shampoo comes out with a reddish hue and is thin.  Most people are used to a thick consistency, but even though this product is thin, it does the job well.  Our suggestion is that you get your hair wet well and apply just a little bit in the hair.  Then rinse and shampoo again.  It is not a product that suds, although when you wash the second time it may appear to have some sud.  People with oily hair and scalp may need to use more product to accomplish a better clean.  The scent reminds me of oatmeal cereal with a touch of sweetness. It smells wonderful and the scent does not go away quick. Customer who like scents will enjoy it I think.  It is not unscented, so those sensitive to smell may want to avoid this item.  It works well with the conditioner!
